IPO for Project-Affected Locals of Rasuwa District: Sanjen Jalavidhyut Issuing 36,50,000 Units IPO Shares from Today

Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company Limited (SJCL) is opening its IPO issue to the project affected locals of the Rasuwa Districts (Aama Chhodingmo VDCs) from today, i.e. 5th Bhadra. The early closing date of the issue is on 19th Bhadra, 2079. If not subscribed by the early closing date, the issue will close on Ashoj 04.
36,50,000 unit shares will be issued at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. This is 10% of the company's issued capital i.e Rs. 3,65,00,00,000.
