44,25,432 units of bonus shares of Ridi Power Company Limited (RIDI) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 21st AGM on 29th Magh, 2079. The AGM endorsed a 42.1% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The company's meeting of the board held on 6th Mangsir 2079 proposed a 42.1% dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.10 Arba. 40% bonus shares worth Rs. 44,25,43,200 and a 2.10% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 2,32,33,518 were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

RIDI closed at Rs. 340 yesterday.
