10% Bonus Shares of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Listed in NEPSE

1,21,867.50 unit bonus shares of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited (KBSH) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 13th AGM on 27th Poush, 2081, and endorsed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company proposed a 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.21 crores for the fiscal year 2080/81 from the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.18 Crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
